Counter-Notice

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated copyright agent. The counter-notice must include the following details:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we will restore the removed material after 10 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to block the restoration.

Repeat Infringers

We take copyright infringement seriously and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. If a user is found to repeatedly infringe on copyrights, they will be blocked from further use of our service.
